Abstract
The article describes a scientific and editorial profile of electronic journal entiteled “Podkarpackie Studia Biblioteczne”. It includes characteristic of the content and basic of Open Access promotion to libarianship in the region. The author presents ways of access to activities support that Open Access. W artykule scharakteryzowano profil naukowo-wydawniczy elektronicznego czasopisma naukowego „Podkarpackie Studia Biblioteczne”. Przedstawiono charakterystykę treści oraz podstawowe założenia promowania otwartego dostępu do wiedzy bibliotekoznawczej w regionie. Opisano sposoby dostępu do publikacji oraz działania wspierające Open Access.
