Abstract
Fake Polish law – analysis concepts and phenomena source The problem of counterfeiting is not just a problem many entrepreneurs, but also the institutions to which statutory tasks include protection of certain objects of intellectual property or market protection, competition and traders against violations primarily from other entrepreneurs. Crucial to the assessment of this phenomenon is a reference to the notion of fakes and its location in the relevant legal standards. The author discusses the notion of fakes in the context of copyright, industrial property rights, the law on unfair competition and customs law.
