Political Arithmetic in Georgia

Abstract
Georgian officials haven’t set free from Soviet herritage to manipulate and twist statistical data for political purposes.Such political arithmetics is used to embellish reality in order to show off success. This situation is damaging effective ruling of the country as the right orientation is lost. Sometinmes these conseguences go further. We can assume that a new ruling modal SOLOKRATIA (Constitutional majority of Parliament relies on one individual who is out of government) has been created after 8, October, 2016 Parliamentary election. Conseguentry, analizing statistical data having been created at different places with different reasons is the result of falsified elections.
