POLITICAL LANGUAGE IN A LINGUOPOLITOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF IVAN FRANKO

Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive description of a modern multidisciplinary national political world’s picture as a cognitive and psychological image of the nation, its political culture. The methodological basis of the lingual-cognitological analysis of the conceptual notions is the triad ”culture – consciousness – language”. In this context the research analyzes the semantic transformation of the political term as a representant of a logical-conceptual beginning into a concept – lingual-cognitological phenomenon. Primarily, culture creates a nation and a state. The representative of a national communicative personality can act as a separate communicant and as a cultural predetermined type of communicants. The research outlines I. Franko’s innovation in the evolution of the Ukrainian political and lingual-cognitological thought, especially his original ideas about new type interdisciplinary studies in the Ukrainian linguistics.
