Political Leadership And Ethnic Conflict In G20 Global Capitalism: Comparative Study Of Guinea To China And Russia United Nation Security Council

Abstract
The study examines political leadership and ethnic conflicts. Guinea Conakry โkankan compared to China and Russia, the United Nation Security Council. the Gru Strategic Inteligence directors fours area Charged Strategie Inteligence and capability by Emperor's, the absolute monarchy Guinea's Indigenous Malinke Toure. cheick Ahmed mandian.The objectives of the thesis are: 3) First to identify the performance of Guinea among developing countries in G20;) two to examine the ethnicity bureaucracy in politics and political stability;) Three to examine the effects of political leadership institutional reform in Guinea. This research adopts a qualitative method of data collection. A total sample of 10 respondents were interviewed among ethnic groups aged 25 years old and above. The secondary data used in this study includes scholarly articles newspapers and other online sources. Data analysis was done from audio recording although there is no universal transcription format for qualitative data collection approaches. Findings are concerning economic, public policy, technologyand safety security. Firstly, aerospace force, nuclear bombs, and missile warheads, are crucial in achieving air supremacy in global influence. Secondly, global public and private debts cancellation under international law can justify new concepts and categories. Therefore odious debts can be found in the international law, the General Intelligence Law and Security within intelligence agencies the economic security as practice by Russia, California State in the United State of America, the Russian Federation and the Peopleโs Republic of China. They have the potential to be implemented in absolute monarchy as in Guinea, Capitalism states, and communist regimes. Finally,constitutional politics can sustain in an absolute monarchy among indigenous Ethnic Malinke Supreme Court, and electoral councils. This study recommends global trade of $ 960,000 billion and $9840 trillion in operations for Guinea Kankan annually. The lesson learnt from the Russian Federation Security Council, intelligence of Supreme Court, and electoral council is to have political and regime change.
