POLITICAL RESPONSIBILITY AS FACTOR OF PRESERVING DEMOCRATIC DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
Devoted to the problem of political responsibility of Ukrainian politicians in modern conditions of society develop-ment. The current stage of the country’s activity is accompanied by the appearance of the relevant development models to overcome the contradictions of society and the state and the formation of new paradigm of their interaction. Howev-er, unformedness in our society and domestic politicum of constant political norms and traditions, lack of action of some essential constitutional principles underlying the political system of Ukraine leads to protracted political crises and conflicts in the society. In addition, the real political practice is full of facts of irresponsibility of state power bodies for various aspects of their political activities, ensures consistency and continuity of the process of reproduction of irresponsible behavior in politics, making it thus an integral characteristic of political life, which affects the level of development of democracy in the society and state capacity. The relationship between political responsibility of state power bodies and the legal culture of society was analyzed. An attempt was made to find out how is the political re-sponsibility of public authorities and officials for the implementation of power, and to find efficiency ways of political responsibility of Institute of political responsibility in Ukraine. Proposals for the introduction of legislation and politi-cal practice of political responsibility mechanism of power in the state were given.
