Political Sources of Environmental Regulations on the Third Five-Year Development Plan

Abstract
When industrializing countries or industrialized countries develop policies related to the environment, they often remain under the influence of advanced capitalist countries. This is a good example of the situation in Turkey which is a country that can be seen in the industrializing. The source of the inclusion of environmental issues into the Third Five-Year Development Plan, have to be search the desired relations the realization of the advanced capitalist countries. Because interest in environmental issues in Turkey is showing an external attention. This external influence is reflected in the Development Plans. Environment issues which can not find a place in the first two Development Plans, has taken place in the Third Five Year Development Plan.
