Journal Title: Z Badań nad Książką i Księgozbiorami Historycznymi - Year 2017, Vol 0, Issue
Abstract
The article presents the collections of documents, related to the literary, artistic and journalist activities of the Polish Americans that are located in the Immigration History Research Center Archives in Minneapolis, Minnesota and a few other collections of similar character from other American archives. It claims that the researchers of the Polish American ethnic group should not be limited in their research to the Polish American archives and to the political and organizational issues. It postulates more systematic management and distribution of the information about the archival collections related to the Polish American ethnic group deposited in numerous American archives dispersed all around the United States.
