Abstract
One of the principles of legal regulation of relations arising in the context of information, information technologies and information protection is security. Information security consists of the unity of such concepts as "information", "information sphere" and "safety" as a condition of protection against internal and external threats to vital interests, ensuring the formation, establishment and development of personality, society and state in the information environment. In the modern period computer crime is regarded as one of the most dangerous types of crime. It should be noted that activities aimed at ensuring information security, are based on certain principles, implemented to prevent the illegal acquisition and dissemination of information, causing harm to society, the state and the citizens
