Abstract
The current study investigates the definition of the concept of administrative-legal ensuring of the right to citizenship in Ukraine which implementation is an extremely important characteristic for Ukraine as for legal and democratic state. As a result of the theoretical analysis the author had invented his own concept of the administrative-legal ensuring of the right to citizenship.
