Abstract
В статье рассматривается проблема теоретико-правового понимания понятия «пациент». Указывается на необходимость обновления методолого-правовых подходов к этому вопросу. Мотивируется необходимость определения плода человека как пациента. Подается авторская дефиниция понятия «пациент».
