Поняття та критерії якості закону: проблеми визначення

Abstract
Досліджуються основні наукові підходи до визначення поняття «якість закону». Акцентується увага на потребі формування критеріїв якості нормативно-правових актів та, зокрема, закону. Аналізуються пропоновані критерії якості закону. Розкриваються властивості закону, які характеризують його внутрішню та зовнішню форму.
