Abstract
In the article the specifics of the orderly proceedings under the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine are clarified. The scientific interpretation of this legal phenomenon is provided. The list of peculiarities of the ordering proceedings according to the Commercial Procedural Code of Ukraine is described and the essence of each of them is outlined.
