Abstract
The recent modifications of regulations about crossing of railway lines with roads, take into account improvement of transport safety. Usage of warning signals on road-rail crossing, serviced by lineman, has been taken into consideration. Authors stated, that is necessary due to traffic safety. Crossing warning signals gives driver information about railway barriers, on the most overcrowded road-rail crossing, Safety is dependent to two people: lineman and driver. A few possibilites of control of crossing warning signals has been taken into consideration: by lineman or driver. Authors suggested automatic control by coming train.
