Abstract
Przeprowadzono badania porównawcze siły ściskającej potrzebnej do zniszczenia skorupek jaj kurzych z hodowli klatkowej i hodowli ekologicznej. Wyniki wskazują na brak istotnych różnic tego parametru pomiędzy badanymi rodzajami skorupek.<br/><br/>
