POROZUMIENIE POSTRAJKOWE JAKO SPOSÓB ZAKOŃCZENIA STRAJKU MAJĄCY OPARCIE W USTAWIE O ROZWIĄZYWANIU SPORÓW ZBIOROWYCH

Abstract
Artykuł podejmuje problematykę charakteru i specyfiki porozumień postrajkowych jako opartego na ustawie sposobu zakończenia sporu zbiorowego na etapie strajku. Poszczególne zagadnienia są prezentowane w sposób problemowy i z odwołaniem do obowiązujących w tym zakresie poglądów doktryny prawa pracy. Autorka stara się kompleksowo przybliżyć czytelnikowi cechy i istotę porozumień ze względu na takie czynniki jak strony uprawnione do ich zawarcia, treść, formę, obowiązywanie porozumień oraz ich relacje z innymi źródłami prawa pracy, indywidualnym stosunkiem pracy oraz umowami.
