POSITION OF ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR AT UNIVERSITY IN UKRAINE AND IN CANADA: COMPARATIVE ASPECT

Abstract
The article compares the requirements for Associate Professor Rank in Canada and corresponding Rank in Ukraine. Similarities and differences are noted and ideas on how to compare both systems are explored to allow future collaboration between post-secondary institutions in both countries.
