POSSIBILITIES OF THE AMERICAN EXPERIENCE OF NURSES PROFESSIONAL TRAINING USE IN THE SYSTEM OF PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION OF NURSES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The main features of American higher education are analyzed in the article. Specificity of professional training of nurses in the USA is considered. The main stages and programs of obtaining professional education by the USA nurses are described. Features of vocational education of nurses in Ukraine and nursing education in the United States are compared. Recommendations regarding the possibilities of using the American experi- ence of professional training of nursing specialists in the system of vocational education of nurses in Ukraine are presented.
