Possibilities of the introduction of electric heat-generators in district heating systems of Ukraine

Abstract
This work is devoted to a detailed analysis of statistical parameters and results of the energy audits of district heating systems (DHS). Their contribution to the heat supply of urban settlements is determined. We also estimate changes in the structure of heat energy production of the DHS and the state of their main equipment. We analyze changes in the demand for thermal energy of the DHS for the period 2005–2014 and determine their causes.
