POSSIBILITIES OF USING REMOTE TURRET SYSTEMS WITH 5.56 MM, 7.62 MM OR 12.7 MM ARMAMENT ON CONTEMPORARY BATTLEFIELD

Abstract
The article presents the results of an analysis concerning the possibilities of using remote turret systems with 5.56 mm, 7.62 mm or 12.7 mm armament on a contemporary battlefield. Because of the places where fire is provided from the inside of the vehicle, remote turret systems facilitate the combat work of the shooter, decreasing his combat stress and personal security.
