POSSIBILITY TO IMPROVE THE MODEL OF NPS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE OBSERVER OF STATE

Abstract
The paper presents selected results of research on attempts to improve the models of development of the national electricity system (NPS), among others by using state observers. It is shown that the dynamic system described in the state space equations of state, and the output can be controlled by a state vector, which for the purposes of control is measured. But not always state vector is measurable, e.g., for technical reasons (lack of ability to measure certain physical elements), for physical reasons (state vector may contain non-physical and therefore unmeasurable quantities) and systemic reasons (state vector may contain historical elements, statistical, etc.).
