Postępowanie mediacyjne na gruncie ustawy − Prawo o postępowaniu przed sądami administracyjnymi

Abstract
This paper analyzes the institution of mediation under the Act of 30 August 2002 – Law on proceedings before administrative courts; describes the concept of mediation, entities legitimized to initiate mediation, the course of the mediation process and its closing; signalizes differences between mediation (in the general sense of the institution) and mediation before administrative courts. It also contains proposals for changing current legal status.
