Пошук молекулярно-генетичного маркера схильності до повторних епізодів гострого обструктивного бронхіту в дітей

Abstract
Молекулярно-генетическое тестирование однонуклеотидного полиморфизма С-33Т гена IL4 у детей с повторными эпизодами острого обструктивного бронхита. Кенс Е.В., Гнатейко О.З., Лукьяненко Н.С., Бергтравм В.И. Проведено молекулярно-генетическое тестирование однонуклеотидного полиморфизма С-33Т гена IL4 35 детям с повторными эпизодами острого обструктивного бронхита и 35 детям с острым бронхитом. Доказано, что наличие у ребенка генотипа 33СТ IL4 увеличивает риск возникновения повторных эпизодов острого обструктивного бронхита в 4 раза.
