Abstract
В статье рассматриваются роль национальных конкурсов внутри страны, проведен анализ проблем и факторов, влияющих на организацию профессиональных конкурсов и соревнований в индустрии гостеприимства в г. Москве, а также представлены практические рекомендации по их решению. В процессе исследования были получены сведения по увеличению эффективности способов повышения компетенций у студентов за счет соответствия требованиям профессиональных стандартов, развития профессионализма на международном уровне.
