Abstract
Przedstawiono przypadek 35-letniej, aktywnej zawodowo i uprawiającej rekreacyjnie sport pacjentki, która w wypadku komunikacyjnym doznała urazu wielonarządowego, w tym wieloodłamowego, otwartego, śród stawowego złamania nasady bliższej kości piszczelowej. W wyniku powikłań śródoperacyjnych ortopedycznych i trwającego 6 lat leczenia, została rencistką wymagającą opieki środowiskowej.
