Abstract
Human work is a key value, which the competent actualization contributes to building a positive life. It was assumed that the value of work can not be understood without explore human values. The man can be understood only through the prism of his work. Making attempts to classify the value of work in the axiological accepted that this value is created on the foundation of autotelic: Goodness, Truth and Beauty. The work itself is the heterolitic value constituting the ground for the formation of other values. Were classified values identified in the work process, dividing them into personal values, religious, cognitive, social.
