PRACTICE OF MEDICATION UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES AS A WAY FOR PROTECTION OF LAND RIGHTS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of mediation in foreign countries, as a way of protecting the rights to land. Different views of contemporary domestic and foreign representatives of science on the definition of the term “mediation” are explored, as well as the author’s definition of this concept is developed. An analysis of the practice of using mediation in the USA, Germany, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other countries has been conducted.
