Право, наука та інші форми світосприйняття і методологія: лінії взаємозв’язків

Abstract
У статті увагу зосереджено на розкритті взаємозв’язків права з позанауковими формами світосприйняття – релігією, мораллю та мистецтвом, без належного осмислення яких зрозуміти право неможливо. Наголошено на тому, що ці взаємозв’язки не можуть бути піддані раціональному, логічному аналізу з використанням виключно наукових методів. З огляду на це зроблено висновок про суттєві особливості методології правознавства і методології права, які у вітчизняному правознавстві майже не враховують.
