ПРАВОПИСНІ НОРМИ у 20-30-х рр. ХХ ст. КРІЗЬ ПРИЗМУ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ ПЕРСОН

Abstract
The article reveals changes of the orthography regulations in the 20-30th of the XX century through the prism of outer language factors, particularly the role of a political personality and social and political circumstances in the developing and establishment of a fundamental language constitution – deukrainizied Orthography of 1933. It covers the first wave of destruction of Orthography of 1929 and mortal opposition of political personalities M. Skrypnyk and deukrainizers of the first joint academic orthography P. Postyshev, V. Zatonsky, A. Khvylia, N. Kaganovich in this process. Current Ukrainian orthography (2012) is a consequence and legitimizing of the deukrainizied soviet language. Deukrainization was realized through interference and assimilation as linguicide and Holodomor and terror directed against Ukrainians as genocide. It is intended to explore the first wave of the formation history of «red» orthography as a fact of our political reality in the light of a political personalistic factor. Our aims include finding and exploring the role of fundamental political personalities in orthography codification and their ethnic background as well as their ideas and beliefs revealing. The analysis of the political personalistic factor and social and political circumstances in the 20-30th of the XX century orthography regulations codification was of crucial importance: struggle for the language regulation obtained the price of the very human life, which proves the nation- and state-building role of orthography.
