ПРАВОВА ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЯ: ДО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ПОНЯТТЯ

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the concept of legal globalization. On the basis of the analysis of existing doctrinal views, it was concluded that the emergence of the exploratory definition led to the emphasis on the law as a system of legal norms that make up the core of any legal system. In this sense, we are talking about the formation of a global system of law. However, the other side of this phenomenon involves the transformation of national legal systems, which is expressed in the modification of the legal system of the state.
