Abstract
This article examines the legal grounds of administrative deportation and extradition of persons from Ukraine. The analysis of normative legal acts regulating the given issue is carried out. The basic stages and procedure for carrying out the mentioned measures are determined. The main differences between deportation and extradition are analyzed and defined persons to whom they apply.
