Sampling was done by cluster sampling method, and data were collected using Health Belief Model-based questionnaire. Data analysis was crried out using statistical tests, including Pearson’s correlation, one-way ANOVA, independent T, and linear regression. The significance level was considered as p<0.05. Results: In This study, among the Health Belief Model constructs, perceived susceptibility (p=0.005), perceived severity (p=0.042), and self-efficacy (p=0.003), 20% of variance of preventive behaviors of cardiovascular disease was predicted in women referred to health treatment centers in Qom city.
