Abstract
The suggestions on improving the legal and regulatory mechanism, which should regulate the procedure of the use of a foreign elemental component base in systems (complexes) of anti-aircraft missile weapons, which are not subject to author's supervision, are substantiated, in order to support them in a combat state by the forces of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine without the participation of their developers and manufacturers.
