Предпринимательство как основной атрибут компетентного руководителя

Abstract
Требования современной среды создают особую потребность в измене- нии практики управления региональным развитием. Это отражается в смещении центра тяжести с административной де- ятельности на поиск новых источников достижения конкурентного преимущества путем построения стратегий, основанных на предпринимательстве человеческого ка- питала. В результате предпринимательство человеческого капитала, используемое в организациях, должно стать сегодня глав- ной творческой силой каждого региона, вписанного в его систему управления. Цель статьи - попытаться приблизиться к сущности предпринимательства челове- ческого капитала на фоне текущих изме- нений в региональном развитии.
