PREMISSES AND OPINIONS OF STUDENTS ABOUT BASKETBALL AND OTHER AKTIVITIES IN THEIR SPORT ACTIVITIES

Abstract

Ac tual con di ti ons and styles of young pe o ple’s li ves sug gest to a te ac her an occur ren ce of dif fe rent di se a ses of ba sic or ga nic systems and fun cti ons in or ga nism. So far ex pe ri en ce and prac ti ce pro ved that with ap pro pri a te mat ters and re so ur ces of exer ci se can and must be pre ven ted and/or mi ti ga te all the pro blems from ‘’this chain’’ of ac tual sta tes or di se a ses (obe sity, di a be tis, car dio di se a ses, re spi ra tor pro blems, etc.) The goal of this pro cess is the analyses of the pre mis ses and opi ni ons in a spe ciment of 380 stu dents of Uni ver sity of Mon te ne gro, in a re la tion to the ir most in te re sting pro fi les and mat ters of exer ci se, such as ba sket ball, etc. In the pro cess we re used descrip ti ve and analytic met hods with in qu iry as the in stru ment of the re se arch. With the analyses of gi ven re sults it is ra ti fi ed that stu dent po pu la tion has sig ni fi - cant ne eds for re gu lar sport ac ti vi ti es, and al so po si ti ve pre mis ses and kno led ge that this kind of ac ti vity is the most im por tant to them for ta king ca re and im pro ve ment of the ir he alth, li fe con di tion, mood, so cial ac ti vi ti es, etc. As the most in te re sting mat ters which stu dents ta ke af fect in or they wo uld ta ke part in are sport ga mes among which ba sketball is ran ked as num ber one sport, then run ning, fi t ness, etc.
