Preparation and physical properties of sand base paste filling materials

Abstract
Sand base paste filling materials were prepared using sand and furnace bottom ash as the main raw materials. The relations of their liquidity, compressive strength and other properties with the ratio of raw materials for the filling materials were investigated. The results show that naphthalene superplasticizer increases the slump and causes the slump loss, which needs to use a composite with wood calcium superplasticizer to achieve the filling process for meeting the liquidity requirements. The optimization formulation ratio of filling materials was obtained by orthogonal test.
