Abstract
The article is devoted to the preparation for interrogation of a suspect in the obstruction of legitimate business activity, which was carried out by an official. The main stages of preparation for interrogation of the suspect are determined and the features of each of them are considered. The necessity of drawing up a plan in writing is stressed.
