PREPARATION OF VOLUNTEERS OF THE NON-COMMERCIAL ORGANIZATIONS FOR REALIZATION FUNDRAISINGACTIVITY

Abstract
In the article the results of historical and theoretical, empirical research of the process of fundraising in the activity of nongovernmental organizations are shown. The difficultiesto the implementation of fundraising in the work of the staff and volunteers of non-profit organizationsare analyzed. The results of experimental work on the training of volunteers of non-profit organizations to the implementation of fundraising are given.
