PREREQUISITES FOR THE COOPERATION OF FARMS AND HIGH-TECH SELF-EMPLOYED POPULATION

Abstract
The economic preconditions for the cooperation of farms and highly technologically self-employed persons are considered in the work on the basis of installation in the countryside of wind power generators for the purpose of functioning data centers and crypto- currencies’s «farms». The problems of such cooperation and ways of solving them have been investigated. Such cooperation will allow creating local advantages in at power supply of equipment for the activity of high-tech self-employment of the population. The promotion of such cooperation in the process of state regulation of the national economy and the regional economy is seen as a way of creating additional jobs, including by moving mobile high-tech self-employed people from other countries to the regions of Ukraine.
