PREREQUISITES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF MEDIATION IN CIVIL MATTERS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The research paper describes the status of mediation in civil matters in Ukraine. Furthermore, the general description of the factors that may have positive influence on the quality of mediation application and encourage mediation expansion was given. As a result, the basic prerequisites of effective mediation implementation in Ukraine were formulated.
