Abstract
It is well known that the Fergana Valley was one of the regions in the Turkestan territory where the press emerged and spread widely, playing an important role in the press policy of the General-Governorship. This article discusses the press policy of the Turkestan General-Governorship and its impact on the Fergana Valley.
