Abstract
Anaemia is defined as deficiency of Haemoglobin in the blood which can be caused by either too few RBC or too little Haemoglobin in the cells1. (Number of RBC <4million /micron or content of Haemoglobin < 12 gm/dl or both) This study deals with the prevalence of anemia in the second trimester of pregnancy.
