Abstract
Článek předkládá otázky související s existence rozsáhlých sociálně nežádoucích fenoménov, ake v současné době zabývají v České republice. Tyto jevy v některých případech jsou označovány jako faktory přímo určující společenské rizika katastrof nebo sociální rizikové situace. Tento článek představuje první část studie se zaměřením na potvrzení nebo svržení přijatých hypotéz s poukazem na existence faktorů rizika rozsáhlých sociálních konfliktov.
