Применение графоаналитического метода в инвестиционном проектировании [The use of graphic-analytical method in investment design]

Abstract
В работе исследуется возможность использования метода сетевого планирования для целей и задач инвестиционного проекта. Автором предлагается сетевая модель реализации инвестиционного проекта, связанного с изготовлением алюминиевых конструкций. Недостаточная проработка адаптации методологических вопросов организации технологических процессов к социально-экономическим мероприятиям инвестиционного проекта обусловила актуальность и определила цель настоящего исследования. Представленная сетевая модель позволяет участникам проекта оптимизировать сроки и затраты различных видов ресурсов проекта. Она включает в себя расчет параметров сетевого графика и собственно модель взаимосвязанных событий и работ. Научно-практическая значимость результатов исследования связана с возможностью практического применения графоаналитического метода при подготовке технико-экономической документации инвестиционного проекта. We investigate the possibility of using the network planning method for the goals and objectives of the investment project. The author suggests a network model of implementing the investment project related to the manufacture of aluminum structures. Insufficient study of adaptation of methodological issues of organization of technological processes to the investment project of socio-economic activities has led to the relevance and identified the purpose of the present study. The presented network model allows project participants to optimize the time and costs of various types of project resources. It includes the calculation of the parameters of the network schedule and the actual model of interrelated events and activities. Scientific and practical significance of the results of research is related to the possibility of practical application of graphic-analytical method for the preparation of technical and economic documentation for the investment project.
