Применение подходов корпоративного планирования для компаний с государственным участием в системе действующих нормативных документов стратегического планирования

Abstract
В современных условиях развития российской экономики, характеризующихся значительной неустойчивостью, зависимостью от внешних факторов, исключительно важное значение в последнее время вновь стало уделяться вопросам построения системы планирования социально–экономическим развитием, обеспечивающей устойчивый рост. Эта система должна быть сформирована на принципах рыночного индикативного планирования (не путать с тотальным сквозным планированием в социалистической экономике). Настоящая статья — о проблемах и путях построения и инсталлирования системы корпоративного планирования предприятий с государственным участием в развивающуюся систему государственного стратегического планирования.
