Primer Central Nervous System Lymphoma Presenting With Psychiatric Signs (A Case Report)

Abstract
Primer central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) constitutes of less than 5% of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and the great majority is B-cell lymhomas. Patients may be came up with increased intracranial pressure, focal neurological signs, neuropsychiatric symptoms or eye symptoms in clinic. Central nervous system gliomas, metastatic tumors, demyelinating disorders, subacute infarcts and space-occupying lesions are among the differential diagnostics of PSSL. In this report, a patient who was admitted to emergency department with psychiatric findings and stroke-like findings, but after advanced examination and research who has got PSSL diagnosis, was presented. PSSL may be confronted with various clinical tables. It should be taken into account in the etiological evaluation of atypical psychiatric symptoms and strokes.
