Primer total kalça protezi uygulamalarında protez tipinin hastane içi fonksiyonel düzey ve hastanede kalış süresi üzerine etkileri

Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmada total kalça protezi (TKP) uygulaması sonrasında protez tipinin ameliyat sonrası hastane içi fonksiyonel düzey ve hastanede kalış süresi üzerine etkisi araştırıldı. Hastalar ve yöntemler: Çalışmaya koksartroz nedeniyle TKP uygulanan 54 hasta alındı. Hastaların 27’sine (16 kadın, 11 erkek; ort. yaş 64±12) konvansiyonel çimentosuz TKP, 27’sine (22 kadın, 5 erkek; ort. yaş 60±15) plaklı kalça protezi (thrust plate prosthesis-TPP) uygulandı. Hastaların fonksiyonel bağımsızlık düzeyleri, ameliyat öncesinde ve taburculuk sırasında Fonksiyonel Bağımsızlık Ölçümü (FBÖ) kullanılarak belirlendi. Bulgular: Her iki grupta da hastaların FBÖ skorları taburculuk döneminde ameliyat öncesi döneme göre anlamlı düşüş gösterdi (p=0.000). Ameliyat öncesi ve taburculuk döneminin her ikisinde de TPP uygulanan hastalarda FBÖ skorları daha yüksek bulundu; ancak, iki grup arasındaki fark anlamlı değildi (p>0.05).
