Принцип поваги до прав і свобод в міжнародних стандартах з прав людини та поводження із засудженими

Abstract
У статті досліджується принцип поваги до прав і свобод людини в кримінально-виконавчому законодавстві при виконанні і відбуванні покарань. Указується, що цей принцип знайшов своє закріплення в міжнародних стандартах з прав людини та міжнародних стандартах поводження із засудженими. Наголошується, що необхідно не тільки імплементувати його положення в чинне кримінально-виконавче законодавство, але й реально їх втілювати та дотримуватися під час відбування покарання.
