PRINCIPLE OF PUBLICITY IN THE CIVIL PROCESS: DECISIONS OF THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the principle of publicity in the civil process, its normative sources at the international and national level. The practice of national courts and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights is analyzed. The scientific article contains an author's opinion and presents certain conclusions and suggestions.
