Abstract
The article analyzes scientific positions of scientists regarding the understanding of the principles of the activities of local self-government bodies. Author’s understanding of the term “Principles of the activities of local self-government bodies as subjects of administrative law” is provided. The classification of the principles of the activities of local self-government bodies as subjects of administrative law for: 1) organizational; 2) functional.
